The new hires will strengthen the company’s design, engineering, and project management capabilities and further increase international business opportunities.
Jimmy Hsueh, Paitoon Ratanasirintrawoot, and Paul Taylor have more than 60 years of planning, design, and production experience among them and bring best practice skills and abilities, having worked for some of the top brands in the entertainment industry, including The Walt Disney Company, Universal Orlando, and DC Comics. Since each and every ITEC project is unique, these individuals will be able to leverage their passions and best-practice skills to create custom entertainment solutions for ITEC clients.

Jimmy Hsueh joins ITEC’s Project Management team as Managing Director PMO Asia/Pacific, enabling ITEC to broaden its global reach and continue the momentum it has built in countries throughout the Asia-Pacific region. Jimmy has over 15 years of production technology and employee development expertise and has worked for global organizations such as Ernst and Young, Flight Safety International, and The Walt Disney Company–China. Jimmy has been recognized for his contributions to innovation and received an honorary science award by the Wuxi District Government. He has a bachelor’s degree in business from New York University.
Paitoon Ratanasirintrawoot, a former Disney Animator, has earned film credit recognition for nine animated feature films, including The Lion King, Pocahontas, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Mulan, Beauty and The Beast: Special Edition, The Emperor’s New Groove, Tarzan, Lilo and Stitch and Brother Bear. At ITEC, Paitoon will assume the role of Concept Design Director and Project Producer. In addition to animation expertise with Disney, he has also worked as an art director, concept artist, designer, illustrator, and show designer for clients such as Universal Creative Studios, Walt Disney Company, and EA Games. Paitoon has a bachelor of fine art (BFA) in industrial design from the Columbus College of Art and Design.
Paul Taylor has been working on master planning and thematic design for more than two decades after first learning the trade as an intern at Walt Disney World. He joins ITEC as Senior Planner and Designer. Paul brings vast international expertise, having worked on projects in Dubai, Norway, Indonesia, China, the Czech Republic, and Chile, among others. Originally from Ohio, Taylor has a bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture from The Ohio State University.
